From travels of 40" x 20" with rotary 4 th axis for multi-sided, high volume production machining to machines programmed quickly and efficiently through the use of conversational programming directly from a DXF file. Automated is accustomed to machining stainless steels, carbon steels, tool steels, aluminum, brass, copper, graphite, plastics, and some composites. From first article to in-process inspection through final inspection and certification, Automated can assure you quality CNC machining.
