CNC Machining

Automated employs several Haas CNC machining centers of varying capabilities.
Our equipment has travels of 40" x 20" with rotary 4th axis for multi-sided, high volume production machining to machines programmed quickly and efficiently
through the use of conversational programming directly from a DXF file.

Automated is accustomed to machining stainless steel, carbon steel, tool steel, aluminum, brass, copper, graphite, plastics, and some composites. From first article to in-process inspection through final inspection and certification, Automated can assure you quality CNC machining.
