Automated EDM has been a trusted source for EDM and CNC
services since 1994. Our success is based on our history of
providing high quality precision solutions to a broad range of
markets. This has been the foundation since 1994 and expanded
to develop our other competencies such as EDM Drilling, Waterjet
Cutting, CNC Machining, as well as Conventional Machining and
Support Services. All of these services are also used to support
our product offerings to the plastic extrusion markets.

We utilize the latest engineering and manufacturing technologiesand techniques including SolidWorks, MasterCam, Espirit, andother CAD & CAM software. After consultation with you, we take into consideration your specific project requirements and work directly from your CAD drawings. Once the data is entered and verified we program and machine directly from our electronic data for efficiency and accuracy. All electronic files are backed up daily and stored for future reference. Standard inspection techniques are used, CMM technology for the verification of component accuracy, and quality procedures are modeled after ISO standards.
